• Cancel any time before Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 9:30 AM PT and your $47 is refunded in full. After that the deposit is non-refundable and the balance is charged.
• Can't make it? Send a colleague in your place — seats are transferable up until we start.

• 72 hours before your session — we email you a heads-up that the balance is about to run, with your cancel link in it.
• 48 hours before your session — the $250 balance charges automatically. This is also the cancellation deadline.
• Workshop day — we build the thing with you, live.

Every confirmation and reminder email has a personal cancel link. Click it more than 48 hours before your session and your $47 is refunded in full and no balance is charged — no form, no email chain, no asking why.

Once the 48-hour mark passes, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance has already run. We hold small rooms — 14 seats in Las Vegas, 40 seats in Virtual — and turn others away, which is why the line is drawn there.

Your seat is still transferable right up until we start — email us the new person's name and address and it's done. No-shows keep the replay, not a refund.

If we change the date or cancel the session, you get everything back — deposit and balance — automatically, no questions asked.

Downloads are delivered instantly, so they're final sales. But if a file is broken, wrong, or never showed up, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it. We email you the moment it's issued.
