Privacy policy

Summer Caimp, a project of Epic Playdate LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We run summercaimp.com and everything sold on it. For anything in this policy, write to hi@summercaimp.com.

• Your email address — when you join the waitlist, unlock the free Skills, or buy a seat.
• Order details — what you bought, when, the amount, and the terms you agreed to at checkout, with the timestamp.
• Quiz answers — if you fill in the check-in, the role and focus you pick, so the results page can be about you.
• Basic technical data — the usual server logs your browser sends on any website.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details go straight to Stripe and stay with Stripe.

• To deliver what you paid for and to hold your seat.
• To email you about your order — confirmation, reminders, receipts, cancellations.
• To send marketing emails, but only if you ticked the box. One click unsubscribes.
• To keep records we're legally required to keep, like payment and tax records.

• Stripe — payments, cards, refunds, and the scheduled balance charge.
• Kit (ConvertKit) — email delivery and lists.
• Supabase — the database holding orders and waitlist entries.
• Gumroad — checkout and delivery for individual Skills and Kits.

That's the whole list. We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.

Marketing contacts stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Order and payment records are kept for seven years because tax law says so. Quiz answers are stored in your own browser and vanish when you clear it.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, those rights are written into law and we honour them the same way for everyone else. Email hi@summercaimp.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your data may mean we can't keep your seat, so we'll tell you before we do it.

We don't run advertising trackers. The site stores a small amount of information in your browser so it remembers things like whether you've already unlocked the free Skills, and Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout to prevent fraud.

Summer Caimp is for working adults. It isn't intended for anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you're on our list, we'll email you about it.
